Watch Servicing and Repairs
For over 40 years, Huppach has been offering exceptional-quality watch servicing and repairs. Any watches entrusted to us will be serviced by brand-approved service centres or highly trained independent watch technicians, ensuring your watch receives the highest level of service.
Our watchmakers:
- We use a Rolex-trained watch technician who has held Rolex Service Accreditation for over 25 years. Now working independently of any brand, this technician undertakes the vast majority of our watch servicing.
- We also access approved watch service centres, including Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Ebel, Longines, Seiko, Tag Heuer and Raymond Weil.
- We also use an independent watch service centre that covers a wide range of brands, from Swiss Army to Patek Philippe.
Repairs and Alterations:
Is your watch in need of a minor repair or alteration?
On the premises, we undertake a range of minor repairs/alterations, including battery change, link alteration, and replacement of pins and straps. Following a quick assessment of your watch, we can carry out the necessary work, usually while you wait.
Refurbishment:
Over time, your watch may be subject to accidental damage and wear and tear. Refurbishment turns back time and restores your watch to immaculate condition.
The refurbishment process is unique to each watch. Depending on the condition, this could include anything from a light polish to an extreme repair or rebuild.
Polishing:
Minor scuffs and scratches take away the pristine finish that originally graced your watch. Polishing removes these imperfections making it look like new, with a high shine polish or satin finish achievable.
Extreme Repairs:
Sometimes watches can be damaged quite significantly, for example a deep scuff. With the help of our laser welding machine, we can repair damage that would have once been unrepairable.
